 Jinshan Youth Activity Center has 6 villas, 6 hot spring rooms, 17 Tang-dynasty suites and 48 family/group suites, accommodating up to 700 people. You will feel like living on the mountain top or on the seashore when you stay here. The nature surroundings make you not want to leave at all.
All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, phone, cable, hair dryer and toiletries. In addition, complimentary hot spring coupons and breakfasts are included for each room as well.

Making deposit guarantees your reservation. One half of the total reservation amount is due within a week to confirm your reservation, or the reservation will be cancelled. |

Cancellations Subsequent to Deposit Payment |

- A 22-day advanced notice by call or in writing is required for a full refund of deposit.
- A fee of 20% of deposit amount is collected for cancellations made during the 15-21 days prior to the original reservation date. A deferral option of 6 months is also available during this time frame. However, total deposit will be forfeited after the 6-month period expires.
- A fee of 30% of deposit amount is collected for cancellations made during the 8-14 days prior to the original reservation date. A deferral option of 3 months is also available during this time frame. However, total deposit will be forfeited after the 3-month period expires.
- A fee of 60% of deposit amount is collected for cancellations made during the 2-7 days prior to the original reservation date. A deferral option of 3 months is also available during this time frame. However, total deposit will be forfeited after the 3-month period expires.
- Total deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made the day prior to or on the reservation date.

A processing fee of 10% of reservation amount is charged for any cancellations caused by natural disasters, such as typhoon or earthquake, declared by Taipei County. A deferral option of 6-month is available in such circumstances. However, total deposit is forfeited after the 6-month period expires. |
